just-VOIP is part of justphone Telecoms, a Telephone Service Provider based in the UK. We operate modern Telephone Exchanges – technically known as “Class 5 Soft Switches” – which provide internet call services using VOIP and SIP to our international base of private and small business customers.

    Initially the company was formed to meet the growing demands of the UK phonecard (calling card) market. In 1998 we foresaw the importance of the Internet and produced our own web-sites: we pioneered the Calling Account product – or cyber phonecard – or rechargeable virtual phonecard as described by Wikipedia.

    Now the just-VOIP Calling Account features are extensive, and our international telecom services are available for use by customers all over the world, including specialised locations such as offshore rigs or ships. We are an internet business with partners and customers using our services around the globe.

Our main product is the prepaid VOIP Calling Account, which is supported by the following applications:

  • Browser Web Applications (WAM)
  • Smartphone Applications
  • A Softphone or Desktop Application

just-VOIP also provides personal numbers for private access to the VOIP Calling Account or the device linked to the just-VOIP Calling Account for Friends and Family or other Colleagues.

With our WAM Browser App you have secure access to your Calling Account online so that you can check your call rates and charges, see access or roaming numbers (Euro) view your call-records, set up speed-dials, register your own phone numbers to your Calling Account and much more.

  • New Calling Account Customers will receive their secure WAM log-in or access details via their “welcome e-mail” from customer services. 
  • US$ based Service Use this link: My WAM
  • Private Numbers – US$ Based Service only
    Through your WAM, you can order your own personal DDI(s) (currently UK or USA local numbers ) which act like a “follow me” number. If you are abroad, for example, family or friends or private business contacts can call you more cheaply and directly on this number rather than your regular mobile number. Voicemail is built in, so that if you are off-line, you can respond as required. Useful for mobiles and smartphones. Please contact us for more info.

FREE UK Broadband Report

As a VOIP service provider. the Broadband Service used to enable just-VOIP Calling is particularly important, and so we have built a new website dedicated to UK Broadband. 

Low Broadband speeds will adversely affect the quality of any VOIP calls and may well mean that many of the extra services provided with our just-VOIP service, such as Video Conferencing, may not perform correctly.

Because of the move away from traditional telephony in the UK to VOIP services, UK customers will need to have a VOIP provider package connected with their new Broadband services, and they will also need to consider whether International Calls should be a part of that new “package”. This is where just-VOIP can help! 

We have provided a new FREE UK Broadband Advisory service to guide customers and potential customers in the UK as to what Broadband Services are available in their area. The Report is for UK Homeowners, Homeworkers and Businesses.
